CONSTITUTION: A first electrode is placed on a thin-film transistor (TFT) and connected with an output electrode of the TFT. The first electrode includes a first region and a second region. The first region includes multiple micro-branch parts (194aa,194ab) separated from each other with a first open part (OP) in between. Parts of two micro-branch parts among the multiple micro-branch parts are connected with each other and form multiple micro-plate branch parts (195) having a wider width compared to a single micro-branch part in the second region.
