PURPOSE: Device, method thereof and system thereof for resources allocation and communication capable of increasing system capacity in a wireless communication system are provided to efficiently allocate resources. CONSTITUTION: A resource allocation information receiver (801) receives information related with resource allocation information and hopping from a base station. A control unit (802) determines resources for transmitting a reverse direction data channel in a sub band designated in the base station.
