PURPOSE: A solar cell module, a transparent cover for the solar cell module, and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the transmittance of reflected light and direct light by forming a convex shape. CONSTITUTION: A transparent substrate (51) covers a solar cell. An optical pattern layer (52) is formed on the transparent substrate. The optical pattern layer includes a convex shape. The convex shape consists of fine protrusions. The height of the fine protrusions is 30 to 60 μm.
