PROCESSING METHOD OF A BINDER WHEN TAKING DYE CELLULOSE-BASED FABRIC BY USING REACTIVE DYESTUFF

PURPOSE: A treatment method of a fixing agent using a reactive dye when a cellulose-based fiber is dipped is provided to minimize the use of essential alkaline chemicals for optimal fixation of a dye when the cellulose-based fiber is dipped and to maintain pH stability. CONSTITUTION: A treatment method of a fixing agent using a reactive dye when a cellulose-based fiber is dipped comprises the steps of refining, depositing, wetting, dispersing, dyeing, treating with an accelerating agent, treating with the fixing agent, washing, soaping, and drying. The step of treating with the fixing agent comprises the steps of: adding 0.5-0.6 g/L, 1.0-1.1 g/L, and 2.0-2.1 g/L of primary sodium carbonate in light color, medium color, and dark color, respectively, for preventing rapid increase of pH concentration; and maintaining for 10-15 minutes, adding sodium hydroxide several times, and dyeing for 10-100 minutes. The sodium hydroxide is added in concentrations of 0.5-0.6g/L, 1.0-1.1g/L, and 2.0-2.1 g/L in light color, medium color, and dark color, respectively, 4-5 times.
