PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entrail gutting machine for adductor muscles of stripped shellfish capable of extracting solely an adductor muscle from stripped shellfish separated from a shell by stripping entrails adhered around the adductor muscle through suction by rotating the stripped shellfish by bringing the adductor muscle as a center.SOLUTION: An entrail gutting machine for adductor muscles of stripped shellfish, which is a device 50 for separating an adductor muscle 2 from other entrails A in stripped shellfish 1, is provided, wherein the machine comprises a holding mechanism 24 equipped with a lower annular plate 27 for placing the stripped shellfish 1 and an upper annular plate 17 for nipping the stripped shellfish 1 by bringing the same to be contacted through pressure from above, a receiving plate 21 to be inserted into an annular hole 27a formed in the lower annular plate 27 and a receiving plate drive mechanism 20 for vertically moving the receiving plate 21, a pressing plate 12 to be inserted into an annual hole 17a formed in the upper annular plate 17 and a receiving plate drive mechanism 10 for vertically moving the pressing plate 12, and an entrail-removing mechanism 30 equipped with a suction port 31 for sucking the entrails A except the adductor muscle and a suction drive unit 32. |
