PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide process management middleware capable of controlling startup and termination waits between user applications, automatically restarting a resident process, and continuously operating in an on-line real-time system.SOLUTION: Process management middleware 100 of the present invention has: a system startup/termination management function part 1 for managing startup and/or termination of user applications 200A, 200B; a resident process monitoring function part 3 for monitoring a resident process; an inter-process communication function part 4 for managing transmission and/or reception of a message between the user applications 200A, 200B; and an application startup/termination function part 2 for allowing one of the user applications 200A, 200B to manage startup and/or termination of the other one of the user applications 200A, 200B. |
