PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for effectively appealing quality of a maintenance service by a maintenance company to an elevator user.SOLUTION: An information guide system includes a monitoring terminal 3 for receiving monitoring information on an elevator recorded on a maintenance database of a monitoring center 1 and maintenance work result information transmitted from a portable terminal 12 carried by a maintenance engineer and recorded on the maintenance database via a telecommunication line 4 and monitoring an operation state of the elevator, elevator displays 8 and 9 arranged in at least one of the car inside of the elevator and a landing hall of the elevator and displaying at least one of the operation state, the travel direction and a travel position of the elevator, and a display control device 10 connected to the monitoring terminal 3 and displaying the maintenance work result information received from the monitoring center 1 besides information such as the operation state, the travel direction and the travel position of the elevator, on the elevator displays 8 and 9. |
