PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabin guard device of a construction machine that can transport the machine in a state in which a roof guard is fitted and stably supported, enables operations in an in-transportation state, and are easily adaptive to disassembled machine specifications and standard machine specifications at low cost.SOLUTION: A cabin guard device provided with a roof guard 3 on a roof 1a of a cabin with a roof light window rotatably on one end side in a front-rear direction as a fulcrum is configured such that the roof guard 3 can be fixed to the roof 1a at both a first closure position where a wiper space is secured with the roof 1a and a second closure position which is lower than the first closure position and where the machine is shorter than a legal restriction height during truck transportation.
