PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for inspecting measurement objects.SOLUTION: The probe is configured with: a flexible eddy current array 100 mounted in a flexible film such that the flexible eddy current array 100 conforms to a shape of a measurement object when applied to the measurement object; a probe body connected to at least one section of the flexible eddy current array 100; and a communications component configured to receive and output from the flexible eddy current array 100.
