PURPOSE: A Simcheong is provided to easily grasp a weak biting, to reduce the influence of winds and tidal currents, and to enhance the weight of a float. CONSTITUTION: A Simcheong comprises a main body, an absorption fabric (13), a storage space, an integrated inlet (12). The absorption fabric is mounted in the main body, offsets buoyancy by absorbing moisture, and is stable regardless of injected liquid. The injected liquid can be accommodated in the storage space and can be discharged from the storage space. The integrated inlet is made of a special silicone and prevents water from entering the inlet. Buoyancy can be reduced by discharging air from the storage space. The Simcheong can be thrown a long distance and can avoid the influence of winds on the surface of water. |
