PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal metal fitting with reduced cost.SOLUTION: A terminal metal fitting 10 has: a connector 11 connected with a partner side terminal in an electrically conductive manner; and a barrel part 14 crimped to a terminal of an electric wire 15 continuously from the connector 11. The terminal metal fitting 10 consists of a steel plate having a plated layer containing tin or tin alloy. The steel plate has a Young's modulus of 190×10Pa or more and 210×10Pa or less, and has a proof stress of 460 MPa or more. A thickness of the plated layer of the steel plate is preferably 0.4 μm or more.
