The present invention relates to a power supply system for a non-contact electromagnetic inductive charging type electric vehicle comprises a regulator converting AC current collected by a pick-up module to DC current, and supplying to a drive motor module and a battery charging module; a communication module communicating between the regulator and BMS(Battery Management System) of a battery charging module; a battery only charger receiving high voltage, high current from the regulator, and charging a battery with the proper voltage and current for a battery with communications between regulator and BMS(Battery Management System) through the communication module.
