PURPOSE: A tidal power generation apparatus is provided to be simply built by making a damp and a beam unnecessary to improve generating efficiency and to minimize ecosystem changes by satisfying environmental regulations. CONSTITUTION: A tidal power generation apparatus comprises a vessel, a tidal inflow frame (10), a water turbine (20), and a power generation module (30). The vessels are anchored to be lined up to form a waterway in the tidal inflow direction. The tidal inflow frame is formed to have tide passing holes which are contiguous with the tide guide surface of the tidal inflow frame. The water turbine has a rotary shaft (21) which is rotatably arranged in the center of the tidal inflow frame (13). The rotary shaft is formed to have multiple rotational blades (22) in the radial direction. The power generation module is connected to the rotary shaft for power transmission.
