PURPOSE: A route management apparatus of the power use amount base, a method thereof, and a communications device are provided to consider the power use amount with a new metric for the traffic engineering. CONSTITUTION: A connection control module(120) controls the connection between a destination device and a source device among communications devices by using the routing information. A path management module(110) decides the routing information based on the power use amount information of the communications devices. The route management module comprises traffic engineering information collecting part, and a traffic engineering database, and a route calculating part. The traffic engineering database stores the power use amount information. The route calculating part decides the routing information by using the traffic engineering database. |
