PURPOSE: A continuous system for treating sludge with the use of a spiral dryer in the batch treatment mode is provided to consecutively process sludge in bulk. CONSTITUTION: A continuous system for treating sludge with the use of a spiral dryer in a batch treatment mode includes multiple spiral dryers (100), an input hopper (200), an exhaust hopper (300), a multiple fermentors (400), and a controller (600). The multiple spiral dryers comprise an inner case, a spiral wing, a drifting wing and a thermal medium case. The input hopper has a first transfer device (210) for individually transferring the sludge supplied outside to spiral dryers. The exhaust hopper has a second transfer device (310) on one side of the hopper for ejecting the sludge. The multiple fermentors individually receive dried sludge to ferment the sludge. A heat medium oil feeder having a heater (510), two circulating pipes (520) and a connection pipe (530) cyclically supplies heat medium. The controller is configured to control the operation and the transfer speed of the first and the second transfer devices and the operation of the heater. |
