PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing liquor which helps deep sleep is provided to induce deep sleep by mixing medicinal herbs and soju and maturing the mixture for 60 days, thereby helping deep sleep by administering the liquor 30 minutes before sleeping. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing liquor which helps deep sleep comprises the steps of: washing Angelica gigas, Astragalus membranaceus BUNGE, Cinnamomi ramulus, Scutellariae radix, Chrysanthemi flos, jujube, and Colocasia antiquorum var. esculenta with purified water; steaming the washed medicinal herbs in a far-infrared ray extractor at 110 °C for two hours, drying for 5-6 hours, and repeating 3-5 times for detoxification; drying the medicinal herbs by air at 60 °C for seven hours; pulverizing each medicinal herb and mixing; mixing the pulverized ingredients and soju with an alcohol concentration of 40 % or more in a ratio of 5:1; stirring and maturing the mixture at 30 °C for 60 days; and extracting the matured mixture and packaging.
