摘要 PURPOSE: A magnetic torque sensor for a transmission converter driving plate is provided to measure torque radially transmitted between a shaft and the radially separated part of a disc type member. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic torque sensor for a transmission converter driving plate includes a disc type member (110), magneto-limiting magnetic control regions (142,144), and multiple magnetic field sensors (152,154). The member having generally circular surfaces which are mutually separated forms a central axis for rotation. The self-limiting magnetic control regions form a magneto-elastic activation region (140) for computing a magnetic field varied by torque on the member, and are radially placed on or inside at least the part of the member. The magnetic field sensors are adjacent to the magneto-limiting magnetic control regions. A magnetic activation region has magnetic anisotropy for restoring magnetization inside the magneto-elastic activation region to an initial condition when the torque on the member decreases to zero. The magnetic field sensors respectively have detection directions perpendicular to the polarization directions of the magneto-limiting magnetic control regions. The magnetic field sensors offset an effect due to a normal mode noise detected by a first and a second magnetic field sensor.
