摘要

Cell culture obtained from meristematic cells of Dendrobiumplant and Phalaenopsisplant, comprises phenylpropanoid (greater than 0.1 wt.%) and hydrosoluble polysaccharides (greater than wt.%). An independent claim is included for the meristematic cells preparation comprising the cell culture and glycerol, where the cell culture is free from the liquid culture medium and has a weight/volume ratio of 5:95-50:50, preferably 20:50. ACTIVITY : Anabolic; Antiinflammatory; Dermatological; Gastrointestinal-Gen.; Antimicrobial; Respiratory-Gen.; Ophthalmological; Immunosuppressive. MECHANISM OF ACTION : Hyaluronidase inhibitor; Collagenase inhibitor. The hyaluronidase inhibiting activity of the cell culture (comprising Phalaenopsis aphrodite(800 mu g/ml)) was tested in extracellular matrix.
