PURPOSE: An information providing service and a method utilizing the same in a marketing effort provide a two dimensional quick response code including a URL of a partner company, serve as an effective marketing tool for the partner company as the company is able to create a website corresponding to the URL; share information, marketing events, and discount services not only with other companies in the same sector but also with those companies in other sectors by using the connection with the head office; and increase the quality of its service provided to a service user. CONSTITUTION: In a quick response (QR) code-based information providing service system, a partnering company's URL and member information are inputted in a QR code so that the partnering company and a member can share information.
