PURPOSE: A plate pickup apparatus and a LED device handler with the apparatus are provided to pickup or release a device stacking plate rapidly, thereby remarkably enhance a device inspection or a device classification speed. CONSTITUTION: A plate pickup device(500) comprises a magnetic force generator(530), a main body(520), a linear driver(510), and a stopper(540). The magnetic force generator adds the magnetic force to a combining member and pickup a device stacking plate. The main body is combined to a structure in which the plate pickup device will be installed. The linear driver is installed at the main body and relatively linearly moves the magnetic force generator toward the device stacking plate. When the linear driver moves the magnetic force generator to a direction which becomes estranged from the device stacking plate, the stopper blocks the movement of the device stacking plate and release the pickup of the device stacking plate. |
