Hybrid transmission for motor vehicle, comprising two concentric primary shafts (1, 6) respectively connected to the combustion engine and to an electric machine(7) driving the vehicle, each one bearing at least one downgrade pinion (4, 8, 9) on a secondary shaft (10) connected to the wheels of the vehicle, and a means (5) of coupling between the two primary shafts (1, 6) able to occupy at least three positions, characterized in that the primary shaft coupled to the electric machine (7) is also coupled to a disconnectable air conditioning compressor (17).
