PURPOSE: A powder kneading press apparatus and a powder kneading method using the same are provided to easily knead a small quantity of powder without maturation time, thereby minimize the loss of expensive catalyst powder in the process of kneading. CONSTITUTION: A powder kneading method comprises the step of: making powder by crushing catalyst; making knead by mixing the produced powder with binder solution; inserting the knead into a cylinder; placing a piston head on the knead in the cylinder and pressing the knead with a piston; and increasing the inner pressure of the cylinder above the weight of the cylinder, and raising the cylinder with the knead discharged.
