PURPOSE: A food bio-pack having antibiotic, sterilization, and deodorization functions is provided to emit far infrared rays and negative ions to food inside the bio-pack. CONSTITUTION: A food bio-pack(16) is obtained by the following steps: removing harmful heavy metals and foreign materials from tourmaline through 13 steps; coating the pre-processed tourmaline with silica to obtain silica tourmaline, and molding the silica tourmaline into balls; coating silver with the silica to obtain silica nanosilver, and molding the silica nanosilver into balls; removing foreign materials from germanium, ceramics, elvan, jade, charcoal, and yellow soil, and molding all the ingredients into balls; mixing more than one material selected from the silica tourmaline balls, the silica nanosilver balls, germanium balls, ceramics balls, elvan balls, jade balls, charcoal balls, and yellow soil balls; and inserting the mixture into a ventilated nonwoven pack(15). |
