The device has two parallel vertical rails (6, 7), where wipers (4, 5) are mounted slidingly on the rails. One of the wipers is connected to a movable window (1) by an adjustable screw (8) i.e. micrometric screw, cooperating with a tapping extending in a longitudinal direction (D) from the window while the other wiper is connected to the window by a unit of the window to move freely in the direction according to a predetermined travel. The window includes a base plate (2) fixed close to a lower edge (1a) of the window.
