The device has a rod body whose ends are equipped with fastener covers (13, 14). The rod body comprises two beams (11, 12) that are fixed at two structure elements e.g. engine (1) and a mast reactor (5). A connection ring (17) connects the two beams in an interdependent manner for ensuring filtering of vibrations generated by the structure elements. The connection ring receives a shock absorber e.g. friction shock absorber, hydraulic damper, or pneumatic shock absorber, to partially dissipate vibrations energies in a central zone (24).
