The device has a railing body (3) comprising two uprights (4) connected together by cross-pieces (5). A coupling unit (7) is arranged with the railing body, where the coupling unit is coupled with the posts. A reserve unit allows the body to move in a drawn up position by simple displacement of the uprights of the body with a sliding motion along a length of the posts.
