摘要 PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a biocompatible implant is provided to improve the adhesive force of a hydroxyapatite coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a biocompatible implant comprises: a step of providing an implant type base metal which is made of titanium or low elastic alloy and has a surface average illuminance of 0.8-8.0 micrometers (S10); a step of forming a hydroxyapatite coating layer on the surface of the implant type base metal through a low temperature high speed collision method of 100°C or less (S20); and a step of washing the implant type base metal formed with the hydroxyapatite coating layer by immersing the base metal in liquid (S30). The coefficient of the low elastic titanium alloy is 80 GPa or less.
