The device has a push-button with a temporary contact, and a code acquisition unit that is arranged along with a button of a bell of a house. An initial pressure of the button allows the button to be pressed for a preset length of time fixed by a program, where actuation of the button does not depend on actuation of the code acquisition unit. A microphone controller is arranged with a non-volatile memory in which the program is stored along with data during absence of electrical power supply. A specific switch is provided for recalling a code from the code acquisition unit.
