摘要 <p>The method comprises inserting a torch (6) by a thermal spraying coating of a gas fluid in a barrel (3) along an axis of the barrel, rotating the torch around the axis of the barrel and carrying out a relative displacement between the torch and casing cylinders (1), and alternatively aspiring the gas fluid of the torch at a top of the barrel for a relative displacement from top to bottom of the barrel and aspiring the gas fluid of the torch at a bottom of the barrel for a relative displacement of the torch upwards of the barrel so as to aspire particles output from the thermal spraying. The method comprises inserting a torch (6) by a thermal spraying coating of a gas fluid in a barrel (3) along an axis of the barrel, simultaneously rotating the torch around the axis of the barrel and carrying out a relative displacement between the torch and casing cylinders (1) along the axis of the barrel to carry out a thermal projection of the coating, and alternatively aspiring the gas fluid of the torch at a top of the barrel for a relative displacement from top to bottom of the barrel and aspiring the gas fluid of the torch at a bottom of the barrel for a relative displacement of the torch upwards of the barrel so as to aspire particles output from the thermal spraying. The method further comprises: varying flows of aspiration of the gas fluid of the torch according to a position of the torch compared to the barrel by increasing the flow of aspiration of the gas fluid of the torch at the top of the barrel and decreasing the flow of aspiration of the gas fluid of the torch at the bottom of the barrel for the relative displacement from top to bottom of the barrel and decreasing the flow of aspiration of the gas fluid of the torch at the top of the barrel and increasing the flow of aspiration of the gas fluid of the torch at the bottom of the barrel for the relative displacement of the torch upwards of the barrel; alternatively driving back the gas fluid upwards of the barrel for the relative displacement from top to bottom of the barrel the torch and driving back the gas fluid from top to bottom of the barrel for the relative displacement of the torch upwards of the barrel; varying the flows of repression of the gas fluid according to the position of the torch compared to barrel by increasing the flow of repression of the gas fluid upwards of the barrel for the relative displacement from top to bottom of the barrel of the torch and increasing the flow of repression from top to bottom of the gas fluid of the barrel for the relative displacement of the torch upwards of the barrel; moving the torch in translation along the axis of the barrel of the casing cylinders that is fixed; and moving the casing cylinders in translation along the axis of the barrel compared to the torch that is fixed in translation. An independent claim is included for a device for coating a barrel of casing cylinders by thermal spraying.</p>
