PURPOSE: A nearest courier serviceman finding service method and a device thereof enable a service server to select the nearest courier serviceman to a delivery destination and automatically assign the delivery to the serviceman. CONSTITUTION: A courier service server receives delivery setting information from at least one serviceman device joining the courier service via a transceiver and stores the information in a memory unit (S110). The service server receives a delivery order including the delivery destination and the location to be visited by a courier serviceman and stores the order in the memory unit (S120). A courier serviceman selection of the service server selects at least one serviceman device as a first serviceman device based on the delivery setting information, the order, and the location of at least one serviceman device (S130, S140, S150). A delivery order automatic assigning unit automatically assigns the delivery order to the device of the first serviceman (S160) and transmits a delivery order assigning message to the device via the transceiver (S170).
