PURPOSE: A dryer for a food waste disposer is provided to have improved dry efficiency by easily crushing a loaf formed due to sugar content and fibroid material included in food waste and to have an improved assembly of a stirring wing. CONSTITUTION: A dryer for a food waste disposer includes a drying box (10), a rotary shaft (20) penetrating the center of the drying box and installed and a stirring wing unit (30) symmetrically formed based on the central shaft. The stirring wing unit consists of support wings (31a,32a) protruded in the radial direction based on the rotary shaft and fixed in which one face corresponds with each other and wing pieces (31b,32b) formed in an end unit of the support wings. A plurality of stirring wing units are installed in the perimeter of the rotary shaft with a constant angle and saw shaped crush blade (S) is formed in the support wings and wing pieces.
