PURPOSE: A data object generating/controlling apparatus having an idea wheel logical structure and a method thereof are provided to sequentially write/display data objects from the wheel of an origin to the wheel of an outer circumference direction, thereby generating a disk-shaped associative way of thinking. CONSTITUTION: A database (DB) management unit (100) stores and manages data about files, images, texts, pictures and program codes for generating/editing an ideal wheel logical structure. An idea wheel visual basic application (VBA) unit (200) fetches the program codes and data from the DB management unit, generates the idea wheel logical structure as a user interface (UI) under the control of an ideal wheel control unit (400), and generates/edits/rotates the idea wheel logical structure according to the purpose of a user. An idea wheel logical structure unit (300) forms circular wheels around an origin, forms fan-shaped sectors, and allocates data to each wheel in a cell unit.
