PURPOSE: A flyer manufacturing system and a method thereof are provided to easily access various information by manufacturing flyers through a barcode insertion function. CONSTITUTION: A client(10) requests the manufacture of a flyer by accessing an Internet network. A flyer manufacturing server(20) includes URL information included in a barcode. The flyer manufacturing server manufactures electronic flyers for mobile web including advertisement information and provides the same. The flyer manufacturing server sequentially outputs a design selection screen, an advertisement content input screen, a barcode design selection screen, and a draft proposal screen.
