<p>The device has a housing (1) comprising an end at which a metal guide rod (2) is fixed. The metal guide rod serves as a negative electrical connection between a sleeve (3) and an electronic control circuit (6). A small metal coil (5) is connected to a positive terminal of an internal generator. A metal tube (7) is arranged inside the sleeve for ensuring its fixation on the guide rod and a perfect electrical contact with a conducting end fitting.
