PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an heat-saving cold heat utilization system for an LNG satellite facility, using a comparatively small and simple apparatus facility while effectively utilizing cold heat to be obtained from an LNG satellite station.SOLUTION: A cold heat utilization system is configured to extract a liquid LNG from an LNG storage tank 1 in a medium-scale LNG satellite station, the tank being a relatively small upright double-shell low-temperature tank. Residual heat generated when a gaseous natural gas is produced by evaporating the LNG using a vaporization facility is accumulated and collected by a storage medium. After that, cold heat accumulated in the storage medium is transmitted to refrigerants for circulation so as to be available in a facility for cold insulation which is used for freezing and refrigeration. |
