PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet post-processing apparatus which prevents occurrence of out-of-alignment between a stapling position and a folding position when a stapling process is carried out.SOLUTION: A sheet bundle stacked on a sheet stacking portion is stapled with staples at a stapling position where a stapling process is carried out. A moving distance of the sheet bundle at a time point when the staples are detected by a staple detection sensor S9 arranged between a stapling process position and a folding process position for performing folding process, is obtained as a measured distance, and then a deviation between a reference distance indicating a distance between the stapling process position and a staple detection sensor arrangement position and the measured distance is acquired as a correction amount. Then, when loading the sheet bundle on the sheet loading portion, the stapling process is performed after changing the loading position of the sheet bundle according to the correction amount. |
