PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the deformation of a wall surface of a recessed part, which is caused by shrinkage of a sealing member, in a piezoelectric oscillator.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric oscillator 100 includes: a member 1 for mounting an element which has recessed parts; a piezoelectric element 2 mounted on the member 1 for mounting the element; an IC element 3 mounted on the inner side of the first recessed part 11; and a sealing member 4 provided at the inner side of the first recessed part 11 and covering the IC element 3. The member 1 for mounting the element has step parts 14a and 14b at positions in the first recessed part 11 which are higher than a height of the IC element 3. An edge part of the sealing member 4 is positioned on upper surfaces of the step parts 14a and 14b. |
