PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to an hLIGHT (human LIGHT) (lymphotoxin-like, exhibits inducible expression and competes with HSV glycoprotein D for HVEM, a receptor expressed by T lymphocytes) polypeptide.SOLUTION: There are provided: fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to an hLIGHT polypeptide; isolated nucleic acids encoding antibodies, such as the fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to an hLIGHT polypeptide; vectors and host cells comprising nucleic acids encoding antibodies, such as the fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to an hLIGHT polypeptide; methods of making antibodies, such as the fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to an hLIGHT polypeptide; and a method for treating an hLIGHT-mediated disease in a subject comprising administering to the subject antibodies, such as the fully human antibodies that immunospecifically bind to an hLIGHT polypeptide. |
