摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably enhance cooling performance of an electric motor supplied with working oil from a mechanical oil pump driven by an engine, in a hybrid vehicle.SOLUTION: A cooling system of a hybrid vehicle 20 includes a mechanical pump 90 driven by an engine 22 and supplying working oil of a flow rate according to rotation speed of the engine 22 to electric motors MG1, MG2. An HVECU 70 controls outputs of the engine 22, and the electric motors MG1, MG2 so that required driving force in the entire vehicle acts to a driving shaft 32a. The HVECU 90, if a temperature increase amount of the electric motor MG2 when the engine 22 is operated at a second rotation speed while the output of the engine 22 is maintained is smaller than a temperature increase amount of the electric motor MG2 when the engine 22 is operated at a first rotation speed for securing output required for the engine 22 in the required driving force, changes a target rotation speed of the engine 22 from the first rotation speed to the second rotation speed.
