PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit data at a high rate while ensuring security between a vehicle for charging a battery by electric power supplied from a feeder apparatus and the outside of the vehicle.SOLUTION: After security information used for encryption in performing radio communication between a feeder apparatus 2 and an electronic apparatus 5 is transmitted from the feeder apparatus 2 to a charging apparatus 4 through coils 17, 18 by coil-to-coil communication sections 7, 12, the security information is transmitted from the charging apparatus 4 to the electronic apparatus 5 through a wire by in-vehicle wire communication sections 13, 14. |
