摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of an apparatus in a stand-by state and quickly discharge an electric charge remaining in an X capacitor at the time of extraction of a plug.SOLUTION: A discharge circuit includes: electric charge storage means for reducing noise generated in a line to which an AC voltage is input; voltage detection means for detecting whether or not the AC voltage is input; and zero cross detection means which includes discharge means for discharging the electric charge of the electric charge storage means and detects zero cross of the AC voltage using the discharge means. In a case that the input of the AC voltage is cut off when the discharge means is in a non-conductive state, the discharge circuit discharges the electric charge of the electric charge storage means by conducting the discharge means by the voltage detection means according to the cut-off of the input of the AC voltage.
