PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive rotation angle detection device to be used for mainly detecting a rotation angle of a steering wheel of a vehicle, allowing a magnet to be easily and reliably attached to a detection body, with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: An elastic retaining part 12F for elastically retaining ends of magnets 14A, 15A is integrally formed in housing parts 12B, 13B of first and second detection bodies 12, 13. The magnets 14A, 15A are press-inserted into the housing parts 12B, 13B from a rotation shaft direction of the detection bodies 12, 13, to be brought into elastic contact with the elastic retaining part 12F. The magnets 14A, 15A are held and fixed in the housing parts 12B, 13B. The magnets can be easily and reliably attached to the detection bodies with a simple configuration without using a holder for holding the magnet and attaching it to the housing part. An inexpensive rotation angle detection device can be provided, accordingly. |
