PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a knob treatment device assembly capable of effectively decreasing the risk of rupture by reducing the size of a knob and capable of reducing the influence on surrounding tissue, and a knob treatment method.SOLUTION: A knob treatment device assembly 10 includes: a linear shaft 12 having flexibility; a holding part 14 which is provided displaceably with respect to the shaft 12 and which has a gap 13 enabling an entry of a part of an inverted knob 62; and a needle body 17 which is provided protrudably from the shaft 12 and with which the part of the knob 62 sandwiched in the gap 13 of the holding part 14 can be punctured. The needle body 17 can be disengaged from the shaft 12. |
