PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide particulate substance detector protective equipment capable of improving detection performance of a particulate substance detector which is a protection object thereof, in comparison to a case of using conventional particulate substance detector protective equipment.SOLUTION: Particulate substance detector protective equipment 100 includes: a bottomed-cylinder shaped protective equipment body 4 having a cylindrical trunk 1 and a bottom 3 blocking one end of the trunk 1; a gas introduction port 5 penetrating a wall of the trunk 1 to allow gas influx from outside to inside; and a gas exhaust port 6 penetrating a wall of the trunk 1 opposite to the gas introduction port 5 to allow gas emission from the inside to the outside. The gas introduction port 5 has a circular form with a diameter 2 mm or smaller. The gas exhaust port 6 is a slit having a longer direction in a center axis direction of the trunk 1.
