The invention relates to a method for the automated determination of a route plan. The method according to the invention comprises the following steps: determining information that represents the present location of a terminal (20) of a user (N1) or another location; determining information that represents a location (Adr1, Adr2) of the user (N1) that is to be reached, by means of a remote data processing system (10); determining a route from the present location or the other location to the location (Adr1, Adr2) to be reached by processing one or more modalities (M1, M2, M3, Mx) by means of the remote data processing system (10), wherein navigation information (NAI) is provided as the result of the determination of the route by the remote data processing system (10); and transmitting the navigation information (NAI) from the remote data transmission system to the terminal (20) by means of a data transmission channel for processing and/or optical and/or acoustic output of navigation instructions. |
