<p>The present invention provides a method for producing a chitosan isothiocyanate derivative in which the main constituent unit is represented by general formula (3), the method being characterized by comprising reacting together an N-thiocarbamoyl chitosan derivative in which the main constituent unit is represented by general formula (2), and an acyl halide represented by general formula (5) or an acid anhydride represented by general formula (5') (in the formulae, R1 represents an optionally substituted aryl group; R2a represents an acyl group; R2 represents a hydrogen atom or the acyl group represented by R2a; and X represents a halogen atom).</p> |
