<p>Recombinant antibodies (including binding fragments thereof) that bind IgE are described, along with compositions and methods of using the same in the treatment of subjects in need thereof, including subjects afflicted with atopic dermatitis, allergic rhinitis, allergic conjunctivitis, urticaria, gastro-intestinal inflammation, or oral-pharyngeal inflammation. In some embodiments, the antibody is a single chain variable fragment (scFv) or a disulfide linked variable fragment (sdFv). In some embodiments, the subject is a dog, cat, or horse.</p> |
