PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine particle fluid dispersion which, when a monolayer structure of silica fine particles is formed on a substrate by applying the fine particle fluid dispersion to the substrate, suppresses generation of aggregate of the silica fine particles and which facilitates arrangement of the silica fine particles on the substrate in a more uniform state, and to provide an article obtained by using the fine particle fluid dispersion, and a method for producing an article.SOLUTION: In a fine particle fluid dispersion, silica fine particles which are made hydrophobic with a silane coupling agent are dispersed in a dispersion medium. The dispersion medium contains a ketone, and the fine particle fluid dispersion contains a (meth)acrylic polymer. An article has a monolayer structure of the silica fine particles formed on a substrate by applying the fine particle fluid dispersion thereto. A method for producing the article includes an application step to apply the fine particle fluid dispersion to the substrate. |
