PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable closing of a valve even if a piston part of the check valve is fixed.SOLUTION: A check valve is provided by arranging a valve part 43 in a valve part storage recessed part 441 in a relatively movable state to a piston part 44, and in the valve part storage recessed part 441, an anti-valve seat side storage space 443 formed between an anti-valve seat side surface in the valve part 43 and a wall surface of the valve part storage recessed part 441, is communicated with outlet side fluid passages 412 and 417. According to this, even if the piston part 44 is fixed in a valve opening state, when pressure of the outlet side fluid passages 412 and 417 (that is, the fluid flow downstream side) becomes higher than an inlet side fluid passage 411 (that is, pressure on the fluid flow upstream side), the pressure of the outlet side fluid passage 411 is guided to the anti-valve seat side storage space 443, and since the pressure acts on the anti-valve seat side surface in the valve part 43, the valve part 43 closes the valve by moving to the valve seat 413 side by the pressure, and a backflow of fluid can be prevented. |
