PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low cost and high efficiency power conversion device.SOLUTION: In the power conversion device which has a first inductor, a rectification arm, a first switch arm comprising first and second switch circuits, a second switch arm comprising a third switch circuit and a first capacitor, an LC serial circuit, a transformer, a rectifying/smoothing circuit connected to a secondary winding of the transformer, and a control circuit for controlling on/off the first, second and third switch circuits, and in which the rectification arm, the first switch arm, the second switch arm and the LC serial circuit are connected in parallel with one another, the LC serial circuit is connected to a primary winding of the transformer, and the rectification arm is connected with an AC power supply via the first inductor, the control circuit includes an output voltage control circuit for controlling an output voltage at a predetermined set value, an intermediate voltage control circuit for controlling an intermediate voltage at a predetermined set value, and a power factor improvement control circuit. |
